Finishing things up

I’m finally (at long last) getting a chance to finish up things that I’ve been putting off for a while. Amongst these is doing something with Tim Ginn.com. The site now shows a site with a green background and picture of me with some links rather than the previous hosting site. I’m still offering web hosting, it’s just that site never did a particularly good job of promoting it to people I didn’t already know in person (not to mention I haven’t been doing a very good job at keeping it up to date). It’s also a step forward for the plan of migrating the hosting stuff from my name to Spyral Productions which also includes Dave Di Biase (and is a registered corporation with all the limited liability benefits that entails).

Getting the business stuff straight would be very nice. It’s something that’s suffered from a lack of attention during school (it’s never been completely ignored, of course, and I always spend at least a bit of time every day; but, those things aren’t necessarily visible to the outside world).

Our New PHP Classes Mirror

I’m proud to say we’ve now got our very own Spyral Productions mirror of PHP Classes. I’ve just got to fire off an e-mail to the main site administrator and then we should be listed on the main site, etc. For those who are curious; the mirror updates every hour on the half hour.

New PHP Classes mirror?

I’ve submitted an application to create a new PHP Classes mirror on the Spyral server. With any luck the application will be approved and we’ll be able to help give a little back to the PHP community.
